Each charter comes with a skilled crew, security equipment, fuel, and non-alcoholic refreshments like sodas. The exact offerings depend on the type of service — for example, evening tours have gourmet snacks and upscale beverages, while business rentals provide meeting spaces and tailored catering for corporate needs.
When should I make my reservation?
It's advisable to book at least two to three weeks beforehand, particularly in the high season from June through August. For business gatherings and private events, securing a slot four to six weeks early is optimal for availability and customization purposes.
What's the protocol for unsuitable sailing conditions?
Our foremost concern is your safety. Should our captain assess that weather conditions are hazardous, we provide the option to either reschedule to a more suitable date or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored rigorously, and should any doubt arise, we will reach out to you at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. Nonetheless, we provide exceptional catering services with custom menu options to match your preferences. For safety considerations, glassware is not permitted on board.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to cater to all passengers. While some of our yachts are more accessible than others, please notify us when booking to discuss accessibility requirements, and we will recommend an appropriate vessel and manage any additional arrangements.
Can you tell me about your cancellation process?
If you cancel 72 hours before departure or earlier, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before departure can get back 50% of the fee. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable, with exceptions only for cancellations due to unsafe conditions or technical difficulties on our end.
