Service Charge: €25 removed from the reimbursement amount

Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: No reimbursement provided
Exception: Consideration for urgent situations is possible
Substitute: Credit for charter may be given at the discretion of management

Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Our foremost concern is safety. Should the weather conditions be determined as hazardous for sailing by our accredited pilot, we propose several alternatives:
- Complete Reimbursement: If not feasible to reschedule, a full refund is given
- Rescheduling: Shift your sailing to another suitable date at no additional cost
- Voucher: Get a voucher valid for one year from the date of the booked sailing
Method of Weather Evaluation
We conduct a thorough weather review, including:
- An examination of wind velocity and patterns
- Monitoring wave magnitude and sea state
- The forecast for visibility and precipitation levels
- Consulting maritime alerts and notices from the Coast Guard
- The pilot's professional safety assessment
Timing for Decisions: Resolutions on weather-related cancellations are made at least 4 hours prior to the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Urgent Circumstances
Medical crises are understood by us, and certain situations may be eligible for special accommodation:
- Unexpected sickness or injury demanding hospital care
- The passing of an immediate family member
- Reassignment or urgent recall in the military
- Judicial summons or obligation for jury service
- Calamities obstructing passage
Needs for Documentation
Pertinent paperwork is required to consider requests for emergency refunds:
- Official note from a medical professional or hospital records
- Certificate of death (where relevant)
- Formal military dispatch
- Legal summons or documentation of jury duty
- Official statements or notifications of an emergency situation
Processing: Upon validation of documentation, emergency reimbursements are executed within 3-5 working days.
Operational Cancellations
Machine Breakdowns
If the designated yacht has mechanical defects that cannot be rectified:
- Alternative Ship: We aim to provide a vessel of similar value
- Complete Reimbursement: Offered if no similar vessel is accessible
- Partial Reimbursement: Provided if the replacement costs differ
- Redress: Extra reparation may be given for inconvenience caused
Unavailability of Crew
On the uncommon possibility that an approved crew is not available:
- Substitute crew will be secured when feasible
- Complete reimbursement if the yacht trip cannot commence
- Option to reschedule without any extra fees

Repaid amounts will be returned using the same means of payment as the initial transaction:

- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Charter Credits
Occasions for Credit Issuance
Credits for chartering may be granted instead of refunds under certain conditions:
- Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours’ notice)
- Terminations due to inclement weather conditions
- Voluntary requests to alter bookings
- Unforeseen operational challenges
Terms for Credit
- Validity: Enforceable for one year from issuance
- Non-Exchangeable: Credits can't be transitioned to other individuals
- Amount: Corresponds to the entire value of the charter (with no deductions for processing)
- Applicability: Credited amount can be applied towards any pending yacht booking
- Lapse Date: Credits expire after 12 months with no extension
Partial Reimbursement for Service Disruptions
Service Interruptions
Any disturbance or truncation of your yacht outing due to controllable factors will lead to:
- A refund corresponding to the unused portion
- A credit towards a future rental of equivalent value
- Free services or upgrades
Disturbances Originating from Guests
If the yacht rental is prematurely ended because of the patron's behavior or safety breaches:
- Non-reimbursable for undeployed span
- Pending full sum is due
- Potential supplementary charges may be applied
